Right of Withdrawal

(1) If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) — i.e., a natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature — you have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

(2) In such case you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the withdrawal function we provide. You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, though its use is not mandatory. You can find the withdrawal function in the app under “Contract & Subscription” on the “Settings” page, accessible via the bottom navigation bar. If you use this function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by e-mail), including the date and time of receipt.

(4) To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

(1) The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our commencing performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your acknowledgement that your consent means you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
